I’ve got plenty more photographs of construction I could show you. Plenty. But I like this one for the sheer drama of it, and how you can really see the building’s bones.

I slogged my way through 3.5 hours of real estate prelicensing exam this morning and found out this evening that I passed. So yay!

Bob and I finally got to the Biltmore Estate, where I was at last able to make good on my Christmas gift to him of an annual pass. We ate delicious ice cream from the Creamery and went for an extended walk (poor Bob got blisters) in the glorious, warm afternoon sun. I’m very happy to be able to share these things with him.

The past week has been absolutely exhausting. I’m really looking forward to a few days of relative downtime—being able to get to church this Sunday, for example. But soon enough it’s going to be more go-go-go with the house and the actual state real estate license test up next.

Not bored. Not even a little bit.
